Thread510 products are intended for adults aged 18 and over only. The website uses an age-confirmation gate on first visit (self-declaration, stored locally so it does not reappear on every page).

Assumption — for review: A self-declaration age gate confirms intent but is not robust age verification. Since Thread510 sells hardware only — no nicotine, e-liquid or cannabis — the strict legal requirement for verified age-checking is lower than for an actual nicotine/tobacco retailer, but this should be reviewed against current UK regulation as the product range evolves, and strengthened with a third-party age verification service if the range ever expands to include age-restricted consumables.
